Cancellation policy

You can cancel your Daily Pom subscription at any time, with no fees and no minimum number of orders.

How to cancel
Log in to your account at dailypom.com and open Manage subscription. From there you can pause, skip a delivery, change your delivery date, or cancel outright. You can also email hello@dailypom.com or call 1 (800) 585-3940 and we will cancel it for you.

Orders already placed
If an order has already been charged but not yet shipped, contact us and we will cancel and refund it in full. If it has already shipped, our 60-day guarantee applies — see our Refund Policy.

Changes to your plan
You can switch pack size or delivery frequency at any time from your account. Changes apply to your next order.
